Common Areas: The District is responsible for maintaining 17.5 acres of common areas including 4 storm water detention ponds, one children's playground, 130+ trees, 11,200 feet of sidewalks and 156 sprinkler zones. The common areas also include the landscaping on both sides of Bromley Lane as it runs through the middle of the neighborhood.
Professional Landscape Architect: In 2016, the Board hired Outdoor Design Group to develop a detailed landscape plan and budget for the common areas across the neighborhood. The Board intends to use the landscape plans as the basis for phasing in over several years landscape improvements across all common areas. A copy of the landscape plans is provided below.
